I’m Annie, a humanistic counsellor offering a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly and be met with warmth, respect, and understanding. 

If you’ve never been to counselling before, you might not be sure what to expect. My role is not to judge, analyse, or tell you what to do, but to offer a supportive relationship where you can speak freely and feel heard. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear reason for coming—just a willingness to talk. 

My approach is gentle and led by you. Sessions move at your pace and focus on what feels most important in your life. Together, we create space to slow down, reflect, and explore your thoughts, feelings, or experiences in a way that feels safe and manageable. 

Humanistic counselling is based on the belief that people naturally move towards growth and change when they are met with understanding and acceptance. I work alongside you, offering empathy and a steady presence, supporting you to reconnect with yourself and find greater clarity and peace over time. 

This is a space where you do not need to be fixed or judged—just supported.
